I am an attorney licensed and admitted to practice in the great State of New York. If you are here it’s because more than likely you have a legal issue that needs addressing. The Law is not always fair, balanced or just. Lady Justice in not always blind. Despite that there are safeguards, rule, regulations and guidelines in place, you will eventually discover that you are subject to the biases, prejudices, and experiences of the Judges, Magistrates and jurors presiding or deciding over you and your matter.
